2. Once you have your account set up you need to go through the process of adding email marketing messages to it. It's a good idea to have a series of messages prewritten that provide useful information around the theme of the product you sell. These messages are not designed to sell the product as much as they are to begin to develop credibility for yourself with your subscribers.

3. Every email autoresponder can be subscribed to in the form of an email address. One thing you can do is promote this email address online in various forms of advertising. For example you can run classified ads and list the autoresponder email address where a person can subscribe.

Another thing you can do is buy co registration leads and let them build your list for you. You just use your autoresponder for follow up and never ever have to promote anything outside of the co-registration leads you purchase.

4. One thing that is very effective is to start a free blog with Blogger.com. On that blog you can include a subscription form to your email autoresponder.
